When opening a report (from D2k6) in Rave 6.5 a get an error:

Access violation at address ..... in module 'RvCore65.bpl'. Read of
address .... .

Other reports are OK. This is a report with compiled event.
Can anyone help me?

I assume you have opened the report and switched to the events tab and then
clicked on the compile button? Do you get an error at this point? Can you
narrow the error down to a particular piece of event code that you have
written? If you can narrow it down, perhaps posting it here would be
helpful for us to reproduce and give you a solution.

I tried to hide some bands of report. I uses Page1.OnBeforeReport event.
While designig and compiling I didnt got any error, compilation was
successful. After I saved it, the report didnt work and it is impossible
open it in Rave designer again. I reinstalled Rave but it didnt help
with the old report. I had to design the report again. I wish to use a
reliable tool so I would like to know how to avoid this error in future.

P.S. I still have the defective report

Email the report to ***@nevrona.com and I'll take a look at it. Do you
know exactly what the code was that you added?
