rave report master/detail problem using query

Hi:

I have one report need show like this:
Master
Detail1
Detail2
I can not use table, I have to use query.

I did table joins in one query, but that cause if Detail1 is empty, it still
displayed and repeated Detail1 band with Detail2 band.

Can anyone help me to fix this problem? Thanks.
